Not at all! Our Friendship Lamps have been designed after a significant amount of research and development. They are extremely user-friendly and all you have to do is plug in the USB, locate your Wi-Fi network and use your group ID to get going.
Once you have completed this basic setup, all it takes is the touch of a button to start using your relationship lamp. Even if you change the location of the device or switch it off, it’s not a problem at all. The Wi-Fi touch light has inbuilt memory and will remember the last used Wi-Fi access point.

College or school networks can be a bit tricky and may require some additional setup, which we are happy to help with. We would advise you to check with your school to see whether they allow such devices to connect to their WiFi network.
How many light color options are there in a Friendship Lamp?
There are up to 10 color options for you to pick from – all from simply holding down the tap button and scrolling through the colors to make your selection.
Can this lamp be used as a table lamp, night lamp, or for ambient lighting?
You can use the lamp however you like! But don’t forget: every time you tap it – it will light up all the other lamps connected to the same Group ID.
Does the lamp have a rechargeable battery?
The lamps don’t come with batteries, so you need to be always connected to USB power.
Does the other lamp light up as soon as I touch mine? Is there a delay?
Yep, the other lamp or lamps light up as soon as you tap your lamp. There is no delay unless there’s a problem with the Wi-Fi connection at either end.
